What the service provides

AIReachCheck performs a lightweight automated review of a submitted public homepage and selected public support files. It provides a readiness score, observations and suggested actions based on signals visible at the time of the check.

The public checker and Initial Improvement Summary are currently provided without charge. Requesting a summary is an enquiry only and does not create a paid contract. The Full Detailed AI Visibility Review is a separate paid service. Its scope, price, timing and applicable cancellation or refund terms will be confirmed before you agree to buy.

What the score is not

The service does not measure a universal ranking inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or any other AI platform. It does not guarantee crawling, indexing, citations, mentions, recommendations, traffic, revenue or any other commercial result.

Automated checks can be incomplete or mistaken, websites change and remote servers may block requests. Important decisions should not be based solely on an AIReachCheck score or report.

Responsible use

You may submit only publicly accessible HTTP or HTTPS website addresses. Do not use the service to probe private networks, restricted systems or websites in a way that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights.

Automated abuse, excessive requests, attempts to bypass limits, malicious input and interference with the service are prohibited. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the service or others.

Your website and third-party services

You remain responsible for the website address you submit and for deciding whether you are authorised to act on any resulting recommendation. AIReachCheck does not control third-party websites or AI platforms and is not responsible for their availability, content or decisions.

Intellectual property

The AIReachCheck name, website design, scoring presentation and original service content belong to the operator or applicable licensors. You may use and share a result, summary or paid review internally for the checked business, but you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misrepresent the service itself.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis and may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every website can be checked.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, AIReachCheck is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities or decisions made solely from a score or report. If you use the service as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Changes, governing law and contact

These terms may be updated when the service changes. The latest version applies from the date shown above.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, any mandatory rights to use the courts where you live are unaffected.
